Shipping policy

At Color Your Energy, every order is made with care. Many of our products are custom-made specifically for you, so we appreciate your patience while we create and prepare your order.


Processing Time

Custom Orders

(Custom hats, embroidery, DTF printing, patches, laser engraving, personalized items)

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days
  • Larger orders or highly customized projects may require additional production time.
  • If additional time is needed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

Standard Shipping 3–7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 Business Days
Overnight Shipping 1 Business Day (when available)

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will automatically apply during checkout when eligible.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Custom Products

Because our custom products are made specifically for each customer:

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
  • Please review all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.
  • Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet every estimated delivery date, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

These delays are outside of our control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not entered production.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Color Your Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier.
  • Reaching out to us if you need assistance filing a claim.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review your claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in your purchase price.


Large & Wholesale Orders

Large custom or wholesale orders may require:

  • Extended production times
  • Freight shipping
  • Signature upon delivery

We'll provide estimated timelines before production begins.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately if:

  • Products are produced at different times
  • Items become available on different dates
  • Large orders require multiple packages

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
